Campground

Reservations are strongly recommended during busy periods ( long weekends, school holidays, major events in the area, ... ). If you haven't made a reservation, please contact us by phone before arrival, we will check our availabilities for your.

Camper area

Reservations are not possible to make reservations in advance for the camper pitches.

CAMPING

Check-in is possible from 14h00 to 17h30.
Late check-ins are not possible, as we want to guarantee tranquility in the evening.

Check-out on the day of depature before 11h30. This gives us the time to prepare the pitch for our next guests.

Be aware that our parking spaces are limited to the number of pitches we have. Caravans and motorhomes can therefore not park in our car park. It is not possible to drive onto our site beforehand or to use our car park after your stay. You can park just outside our campground in the 'Pylyserlaan'.

CAMPER AREA

There are no fixed check-in and -out times for our camper area. We work on a 24-hours basis, this means you can chose at what time you arrive, and consequently will also set the time for your departure.

No, we are limited in pitches. Therefore it is not possible to arrive earlier or depart at a later time.

Upon booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and a deposit will be requested. The deposit needs to be paid via bank transfer. 

The remaining amount for your booking will need to be paid upon arrival. You may pay cash, or by Bancontact, MasterCard or Visa.
It is also allowed to transfer the full amount of your booking in advance.

Yes, WiFi is included during your stay. At check-in at our campground, you'll receive a personal code that allows you to connect up to two devices.

If your staying in our camper area, you'll be given a WiFi code valid for 24 hours. 
Staying longer? Simply visit our reception during opening hours, to extend your access, free of charge.

A maximum of two pets are allowed per pitch. We kindly ask you to keep them on a lead at all times while on the campsite.

Yes, we have two playgrounds, a ping pong table, and toddler bikes available for our youngest guests.

Thanks to low traffic on our campsite, children can safely enjoy biking, roller-skating and playing freedly throughout the grounds.

No, we don't offer these services. 

Our campground is at about 1 km from Koksijde-Dorp, where you'll find:
- Supermarkets ( Colruyt, Aldi, Lidl )
- Bakeries
- Butcher / caterer
- Pharmacy
- Restaurants

No, pitches on our camper park can't bee reserved in advance. 

Simply check-in at the gate using your bank or credit card upon arrival. When you're ready to leave, use the same card to check-out and pay. 
Once you exit the park, your pitch will be available for the next guests.

Yes, our camper area operates on a 24 hour system. You choose your own arrival time, wich then determines your latest departure time. Stay for just one night, or as many as you like, that is entirely up to you.

We kindly ask you to respect the tranquility of the park when arriving late or leaving early. To help maintain the peaceful atmosphere, please turn off your enige as soon as possible upon arrival, and only start it when you're fully ready to depart.

The camper area doesn't have sanitary faciliteis. 

During the camping season ( starting from the Easter holidays until November ) you can use the sanitary facilities on our campground, upon presentation of your entrance ticket.

We can facilitate campers up to 7,50m and 3,5 ton.

You park the motorhome on a gravelled surface, while stepping out onto your own private gras area. Perfect for setting up your awning, table and chairs for a relaxed outdoor stay.

No, the camper area is exclusively reserved for motorhomes.
Caravans and tents are not allowed. If this rule is not respected, we will ask you to leave the premises.

To help keep our grass green and healthy, we also kindly ask that no ground sheets are used. 

Quiet hours

- Silence between 10 pm and 7 am.
- Camping site: the gate closes to vehicles between 23h and 8h, but you can always enter on foot or by bike.

Vehicles

- Maximum speed: 10 km/u
- You can park in the car park next to our pitches. It is not possible to park you car next ot your caravan or tent.
- Each reservation includes parking for one car only. Additional vehicles or visitors should park outside the campsite on the 'Pylyserlaan', where parking is free of charge.

Pitches

- Please ensure your pitch is left as tidy as you found it upon arrival.
- Open fires are strictly prohibited. 
- Barbeques are allowed only upon request and may be banned during periods of extreme drought.

Pets

- Pets must be kept on a lead at all times, both on your pitch as on the campsite.
- Please ensure your pet is not left unattended and is well-behaved. Barking or aggressive behavior is not permitted.
- Always clean up after your dog. Waste can be disposed of in the designated bin at the campsite entrance.

Use of facilities

- Our sanitary facilities are cleaned daily. Please help us keep them tidy by using the toilet brush, removing water from the shower after use, and wiping down the washbasin.
- Only dishwashing in the designated area. 
- Waste must be sorted properly. At the recycling area, you'll find containers for residual waste, kitchen waste, plastic, paper & glass.
- Residual waste should be disposed in transparant plastic bags, these are available at our reception. 

The entrance gate is closed for vehicles between 23h and 8h. 
There is camera surveillance on both our campground and camper area.
